As a leading press brake manufacturer, we manage each production step in specialized workshops, enabling us to streamline the process through expert division of labor.

In the workshop, cutting, grinding, welding, and sandblasting of raw steel for bending machines are performed. It is equipped with both a Laser Cutting Machine and an oxy-fuel cutting machine, capable of cutting plates up to 240mm thick. This allows for handling material cutting and welding processes for press brakes up to 2,000 tons and 12,000 meters. The overhead crane in the workshop has a lifting capacity of up to 125 tons.

Various machining processes for the press brake components are completed, including:
* Frames and sliders of press brakes ranging from 50 to 2000 tons
* Rail seats of backguage, stop fingers, beams, and other precision parts

The spraying machine is equipped with an activated carbon adsorption system, which captures harmful organic components, while the remaining clean air is vented. This process not only meets safety and environmental standards but also ensures a clean spraying environment, resulting in a uniform, durable, and long-lasting finish for the press brake.

In this workshop, the entire assembly process of the press brake is completed, including the installation of the oil pump motor, slider, X, Y, and R axes, magnetic scale, crowning system, electrical cabinet, and circuit boards. Throughout the assembly process, adjustments are continuously made to ensure that the precision, motion parameters, and other specifications meet the delivery requirements.
