CNC Press Brake Production Line

As a leading press brake manufacturer, we manage each production step in specialized workshops, enabling us to streamline the process through expert division of labor.

welding workshop

In the workshop, cutting, grinding, welding, and sandblasting of raw steel for bending machines are performed. It is equipped with both a Laser Cutting Machine and an oxy-fuel cutting machine, capable of cutting plates up to 240mm thick. This allows for handling material cutting and welding processes for press brakes up to 2,000 tons and 12,000 meters. The overhead crane in the workshop has a lifting capacity of up to 125 tons.

CNC Press Brake Machining Workshop

Various machining processes for the press brake components are completed, including:
* Frames and sliders of press brakes ranging from 50 to 2000 tons
* Rail seats of backguage, stop fingers, beams, and other precision parts

cnc press brake Surface Treatment Workshop

The spraying machine is equipped with an activated carbon adsorption system, which captures harmful organic components, while the remaining clean air is vented. This process not only meets safety and environmental standards but also ensures a clean spraying environment, resulting in a uniform, durable, and long-lasting finish for the press brake.

CNC press brake assembly workshop

In this workshop, the entire assembly process of the press brake is completed, including the installation of the oil pump motor, slider, X, Y, and R axes, magnetic scale, crowning system, electrical cabinet, and circuit boards. Throughout the assembly process, adjustments are continuously made to ensure that the precision, motion parameters, and other specifications meet the delivery requirements.

Our production facilities support the manufacturing of press brakes ranging from 30 to 600 tons.

Vertical Machining Center

 Max. machining range: 1,650×825×700 mm. Suitable for machining parts with complex shapes and high accuracy requirements.

Mazak CNC Lathe

Max. machining length: 541/1063 mm. Max. swing diameter: Φ660 mm; max. machining diameter: Φ350 mm;  Capable of machining from heavy cutting to high-speed cutting. 

Laser Cutting Machine

 Cutting area: 6,040×2,520 mm; max. thickness: 240 mm. Mainly used for precision cutting.

Flame Cutting Machine

Working area: 3,000× 12,000 mm; max. cutting thickness: 150 mm. Mainly used for thick plate cutting. 

Gantry Machining Center LG-10040

Max. machining range: 10,000×4,000×1,000 mm. Suitable for machining high-precision products such as master machine bases.

Gantry Machining Center LB-632Z2

Max. machining range: 6,000×3,200×800 mm.

CNC Floor-Type Boring Machine

 Max. machining range is 4000x 2300x2000mm, suitable for machining box-type components with multiple hole systems and high-precision hole spacing requirements.

Gantry Machining Center SB-316

Max. machining range: 3,000×1,000×800 mm. Suitable for machining medium-sized precision parts and structural components.
