CNC Press Brake Production Line
Welding Workshop
where we handle the cutting, grinding, welding, and sandblasting of raw steel for our bending machines.
We have both a Laser Cutting Machine and an oxy-fuel cutting machine, capable of cutting plates as thick as 240mm. This allows us to cover the material cutting and welding processes for press brake up to 2,000 tons and 12,000 meters. Our overhead crane here can lift up to 125 tons.
Machining Workshop
Various machining processes for the press brake components are completed, including:

Surface Treatment Workshop
The spraying machine is equipped with an activated carbon adsorption system, which captures harmful organic components, while the remaining clean air is vented.
This process not only meets safety and environmental standards but also ensures a clean spraying environment, resulting in a uniform, durable, and long-lasting finish for the press brake.
Assembly Workshop
In this workshop, we complete the entire assembly process of the press brake, including the installation of the oil pump motor, slider, X, Y, and R axes, magnetic scale, crowning system, electrical cabinet, and circuit boards.
During the assembly process, we continuously make adjustments to ensure that the precision, motion parameters, and other specifications meet the delivery requirements.
